Before you book

How does the first consultation work?+

You book a 45-minute slot online, at our office or by video. A lawyer confirms the appointment within one working day; on the day, we go through your situation and documents and you leave with a clear view of your options and a recommended next step.

How much does it cost?+

The first consultation costs €90, paid at the end of the meeting and deducted from your first invoice if you instruct us. After that we agree a fixed fee or an hourly rate in writing before any work begins.

Can you help if I don't live in Paris?+

Yes. Most of our work can be handled by video and email, and we represent clients before courts across France when a case requires it.

Is what I tell you confidential?+

Always. Lawyers in France are bound by professional secrecy, and it covers everything you share with us — including during the first consultation.

Does my insurance cover legal fees?+

Often, partly. Many home, car and bank-card policies include legal-expenses cover. Bring your policy details and we will check what it pays for.
